At the Allied Museum

On November 11, 2015, the “Unknown Berlin” Group met at the Allied Museum located on Clayallee in Berlin-Dahlem for a special tour. There, the important role of the Western Allies in Germany and West-Berlin between 1945 and 1994 is documented, as is their commitment and contribution to the freedom of Berlin West. Over a period of one and a half hours, historian Nigel Dunkley, a former British Military Attaché in Berlin and now a much sought-after tour guide, held the group spellbound with his witty and humorous yet profound insight into that part of German history.
