We cook at SchmidtZ&Ko

Our cooking lesson took place in exceptional culinary workshop of SchmidtZ&Ko on 12 December 2017. “Schmidt Z&KO” or “the vinophile pleasure workshop” as the name implies, is a joint project of the well known TV chefs Ralf Zacherl and Mario Kotaska and the Berlin wine shop Schmidt. Every meal here is prepared fresh on the premises.

The highlight of the program was the presence of Ralf Zacherl who personally cooked for the guests in the restaurant that day. He welcomed us warmly and happily posed for a group photo.

Afterwards the group was guided by Cook Zdano who demonstrated with great culinary expertise and patience how to prepare salmon tartare and “Kartoffel Espuma Wasabi”. The result from the chopping, the peeling and the stirring was simply delicious!!
