The Spanish Conversation group met at the Mexican Embassy on 5 November 2025 and was warmly welcomed by Ms. Feride Tuglu. During the meeting, Ms. Tuglu shared insights about the Day of the Dead altar tradition, a deeply significant festival in Mexican culture. Her explanations helped us broaden our understanding of the symbolism and richness of this celebration, which honors both remembrance and the continuity of life.
