This club year, the German for Beginners II group had a particularly large and diverse group of members from around the world. All these enthusiastic and motivated ladies shared one common goal: to improve their German skills in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

As usual, we met either at Christel's or Julie's home. We built the foundation in grammar and vocabulary with the help of a textbook. Since the participants wanted to to engage in conversations as much as possible, this second half of the session was devoted to open discussion and storytelling. Everyone had a lot of fun, especially when Julie treated us to homemade delicacies.

We wrapped up the club year with a delightful breakfast on the terrace. The group is eager to continue in the next club year, perhaps by exploring a new, different format.
